| “We Deliver”… FAMILY FOODS Welcome to “We Deliver” Family Foods. Please read the instructions carefully. After filling out the simple registration form, you are ready to start shopping. It’s that easy! Please use the links below: “Have you ever wished you had an extra pair of hands?” We understand that our customers have very active lives and we want to help. After a busy day and with tomorrow’s schedule not looking any better, you can simply pick up the phone and order your groceries. That’s it, we do the rest! We will shop for your groceries and deliver them to you, or have them ready for pick-up! No need to worry because, as always, you can be sure you will receive the FRESHEST and HIGHEST QUALITY products available! A four hour time period is allowed for the store to prepare orders for delivery or pick-up. Additional time may be required for large quantities or specialty items from our Bakery or Deli Departments. Persons ordering tobacco or alcohol products will be required to present I.D. upon delivery of product. (Acceptable forms of I.D. include Illinois Drivers License or Illinois State I.D.) Signature of recipient will be required upon delivery Guidelines for Home Shopping PICK-UP SERVICE: ORDERS SUBMITTED by 11:00 AM DAILY SAME DAY PICK-UP after 4:00 PM (Except Holidays) Live orders placed by phone carry an additional $5.00 fee. Faxed Orders - No Charge Person placing order must be at home to accept delivery during the arranged time period. Prior arrangements must be made if order is to be delivered to an alternate address or accepted by a neighbor. Please phone (630) 393-2800 if alternate arrangements are necessary. (Visa, Master Card, Discover Card or American Express) NO Food Stamps, NO CASH or WIC vouchers Prices charged will be those in effect on the day the order is placed. For all orders, sale prices will be in effect beginning at 11:00 A.M. on the first effective date of the advertised sale and ending at 11:00 P.M. on the final effective date of the advertised sale. The total amount you pay may differ due to out of stock items, substitution or purchase of random weight items. Orders which are not picked up or which are unable to be received upon delivery appointments will be subject to a $20.00 restocking fee. Delivery fees and shopping charges will be calculated by store personnel and added to order totals upon completion of order preparation.
